Early arrivals and late departures

If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. However, if immediate access to the room is not required, we will store your luggage for you and you will have access to the hotel facilities until your room is ready.

Should you be departing the hotel late in the evening, and would like to guarantee access to your room until you leave the hotel, US$100 will be charged to your account. Alternatively, we will store your luggage for you and provide access to our departure facilities. You will have access to hotel facilities until you depart.

 

Deposit Policy

A three-night deposit is required at the time of reservation for each room reserved and the balance is payable in full upon arrival at the hotel.

 

Cancellation policy

 

December 15 – April 30

Should you need to cancel, you must do so no later than 45 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

 

May 1 – December 14

Should you need to cancel, you must do so no later than 14 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

 

Year Round

In the event of a no-show, the 3-night deposit is automatically forfeited. Early departures will result in a maximum 3-night penalty.
